Privacy statement

Discretion is at the core of what we do. That goes for your data too. No Limit Delivery, based at Oerdijk 120, 7433 PB Schalkhaar, the Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement.

What data do we process?

Data you give us yourself through the request form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email address, addresses for collection and delivery, and information about your vehicle. For import and export paperwork also the vehicle documents needed for it.

What for?

Only to handle your request, prepare a quote, carry out and invoice the transport, the storage or the paperwork.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data and only share it when needed to deliver our service, for example with a shipping partner or customs for transport outside Europe, or when required by law. Form submissions are sent through Resend (servers in the EU, Ireland) and arrive at our email address. YouTube videos only load after you click play (via youtube-nocookie.com).

Images

On our website and social media, number plates are always made unreadable.

Retention

We keep data no longer than necessary, and at least as long as the statutory (tax) retention period requires.

Your rights

You can always view, correct or delete your data. Email go@nolimitdelivery.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
